Located on top of a hill in the historic village of Tannourine, Eco Dalida guesthouse offers expansive views of unspoiled landscapes.

The best place for the spectacular views is from Eco Dalida’s terrace overlooking Tannourine’s Cedars Forest Nature Reserve. But first stop in the living room to bake potatoes in the well-designed fireplace. Add some butter and chopped herbs for garnish and flavor!

At 1,200 m. above sea level, Tannourine village is the perfect spot to enjoy serenity, intimacy, peace and nature. Guests call it a touch of heaven on earth, you never want to leave.

George Sarkis is the host of “Eco Dalida” guesthouse. Following his passion for nature, he works as a guide at the Tannourine Cedar Reserve. George enjoys serving his guests personally; his smiling face, warm hospitality, and generosity make him a great host. On the weekends, he spends time working at the restaurant, housed underneath the guesthouse. George’s hobbies include ecotourism and hiking.

    Tannourine Nature Cedars Forest Reserve:

  • One of the largest forest reserves in Lebanon (more than 1.5 million trees). The forest ecosystem is very unique with various types of birds and wild animals. Many Hadrian inscriptions protecting the forest reserves are scattered near the reserve.
